Salesforce is a CRM platform widely used to manage contacts, leads, and customer data.

At Terra, we do not build direct integrations with Salesforce.
Instead, Salesforce is part of the ecosystem through Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement), which is the layer we interact with.

How Salesforce fits into our workflow

Salesforce acts as the source of truth for prospect and customer data, but all interactions from our side happen via Pardot.

This means:

• Terra sends data to Pardot, not directly to Salesforce
• Pardot syncs and updates Salesforce records
• Salesforce automations, workflows, and logic are handled by the client’s team

Important to know

Terra does not implement direct Salesforce integrations.
Any Salesforce-side logic is configured and maintained client-side.
